You must be at least 13 years old to use AstralPost (16 in the EEA). By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may use the app with an anonymous/guest account. Anonymous accounts have limited features and data may be subject to different retention periods.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
3.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within AstralPost (your messages, journal entries, and feed posts). By submitting content to the public anonymous feed, you grant Cosmic Meta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the feed.
3.2 Content Standards
All content you submit must comply with our Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it.
3.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice. We do not pre-screen content but act on reports and automated detection.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Our IP
AstralPost, including its name, logo, design, software, AI-generated reflections, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Cosmic Meta or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer the software, without our prior written consent.
4.2 AI-Generated Content
Cosmic reflections generated by AI in response to your messages are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not claim ownership of AI-generated content for commercial purposes. Cosmic Meta does not claim copyright in AI outputs, but reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated outputs for service improvement.
4.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Free Tier
Basic features of AstralPost are available at no charge. Free tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob.
5.2 Premium Subscription
A premium subscription removes ads and unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery where available and are subject to the applicable platform's billing terms. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or Huawei where applicable — we do not handle your payment information directly.
5.3 Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store, Google Play, or AppGallery subscription settings where available. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or technical measures
7. Content Moderation
We moderate the anonymous public feed to maintain a safe, respectful environment. Moderation is performed through automated systems and human review. We act on user reports. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination. We are not obligated to host any content and may remove any content at our sole discretion.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services and distribution platforms (Firebase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, AdMob, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign In, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, or errors.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated cosmic reflections are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only — they do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on them for important life decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COSMIC META SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmic Meta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cosmic Meta is established. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, stop using the Service and delete your account.

- Einsatz automatisierter Tools oder Bots
- Identitätsvortäuschung
