Spam & manipulation
Repetitive posts, promotional content, advertising, pyramid schemes, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or any attempt to manipulate the feed's visibility or reaction metrics.
Private information
Do not share personally identifiable information (PII) about yourself or others — real names, addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or anything that could enable real-world harm.
Misinformation & harmful content
Deliberately false information that could cause real-world harm; content promoting dangerous health advice, conspiracy theories that target vulnerable people, or illegal activities.
Illegal content
Any content that violates applicable law, including content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
Reporting & Moderation
How to report
If you see a post that violates these guidelines, use the in-app report function. Our moderation team reviews all reports. You can also contact us at [email protected] for urgent concerns.
Our process
- Reports are reviewed by our team within 24–72 hours for standard reports.
- Content involving immediate safety threats is prioritized and reviewed within hours.
- We use both automated detection and human review.
- Moderation decisions are made in good faith based on the context of the content.
Consequences of Violations
Enforcement actions
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may: remove the content, issue a warning, temporarily restrict your ability to post to the feed, or permanently suspend your account. Serious violations (hate speech, threats, CSAM) result in immediate, permanent removal with no appeal.
